플러스 몬스터(Plus Monster, 이하 "서비스")는 원스톤게임즈(OneStoneGames, 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 교육용 두뇌 아케이드 게임입니다. 본 약관은 서비스 이용에 관한 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

Plus Monster (the "Service") is an educational arcade game provided by OneStoneGames (the "Company"). These Terms govern your use of the Service.

2. 이용 · Use of the Service

이용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수하여 서비스를 이용해야 합니다.
서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 광고 시청을 통한 보상(별조각) 등 일부 기능이 포함될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 서비스를 부정한 방법(자동화, 해킹, 리버스 엔지니어링 등)으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. The Service is free and may include rewards (star shards) from watching ads. You may not use the Service through unauthorized means such as automation, hacking, or reverse engineering.

3. 계정과 닉네임 · Accounts & Nicknames

일부 기능(랭킹, 멀티플레이, 기록 저장)은 Google 로그인을 필요로 합니다. 닉네임은 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 부적절한 표현을 포함해서는 안 됩니다. 회사는 부적절한 닉네임을 제한할 수 있습니다.

Some features (rankings, multiplayer, saved records) require Google sign‑in. Nicknames must not infringe others' rights or contain inappropriate content; the Company may restrict such nicknames.

4. 광고 · Advertising

서비스는 Google AdMob(앱) 및 Google AdSense/H5 Games Ads(웹) 등 제3자 광고를 포함할 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고를 시청하면 게임 내 재화(별조각)가 지급될 수 있습니다.

The Service may include third‑party ads via Google AdMob (app) and Google AdSense / H5 Games Ads (web). Watching rewarded ads may grant in‑game currency (star shards).

5. 지식재산권 · Intellectual Property

서비스 및 관련 콘텐츠(그래픽, 음악, 코드 등)에 대한 모든 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 이용자는 회사의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제·배포·상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

All rights to the Service and its content belong to the Company. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior consent.

6. 책임의 한계 · Disclaimer

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 회사는 서비스의 중단·오류·데이터 손실에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for interruptions, errors, or data loss.
